How much do custom beanies cost?
A Sportsman SP12 cuffed beanie with an embroidered cuff logo or a laser-engraved leather patch is $13.60 each at 12-23 pieces and $10.60 at 144+. In between, embroidery is $12.60 at 24 and $12.10 at 48; a leather patch is $13.10 at 24 and $12.60 at 48. Embroidery adds $18.99 one-time digitizing. Full table on the pricing page.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Battle Born Clothing has no minimum on embroidered or leather patch beanies. Price breaks every 24 pieces.
How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is 28 days from proof approval. Quotes usually go out the same business day. Rush is quoted per job.
Embroidery or leather patch: which should I pick?
Embroidery for multi-color logos and a crew or team look. Leather patch for fine detail, small text and a retail look. They cost about the same. See the comparison guide.
What artwork do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) is best. A 300 dpi PNG works for most logos. We send a digital proof before production.
Do you need sizes?
No. Beanies are one size fits most. Send the total quantity and the color split.
Can we mix beanie colors in one order?
Yes, at no extra charge, as long as the logo stays the same. The order is priced at the total quantity.
Can you decorate beanies we already have?
Yes. Customer-supplied beanies are the decoration price plus $2.00 per item handling. Industry-standard spoilage allowance is about 4 percent; we aim for zero.
Do you decorate Carhartt and Nike beanies?
Yes. Battle Born Clothing is an authorized decorator for Carhartt, Nike and OGIO. Those blanks are quoted per job with brand pricing respected.
Where are you and do you ship nationwide?
Battle Born Clothing is at 3 Pebble Beach Dr, Yerington, NV 89447. We ship anywhere in the US at cost; local pickup is free.
How big can the logo be on the cuff?
About 3.5 inches wide by 1.75 inches tall for embroidery, or a 2.5 to 3 inch leather patch. Lettering should be at least 0.25 inch tall in thread.
Is there a setup fee?
Embroidery digitizing is $18.99 once per design and is not charged on reorders. Leather patches have no setup fee.
Are patches glued or sewn?
Glued with our heat process on a two-platen hat press by default. Sewn-on is $1.00 more per beanie.
What leather colors do you offer?
Natural (light tan), medium brown, dark brown and black are standard. Engraving reads dark on light leather and light on dark leather.
Can the patch be a custom shape?
Yes. Any closed outline that fits the cuff. Send it as a vector.
Can we put something on the back of the beanie too?
Yes. A small embroidered mark on the back of the cuff is a second design, quoted per design plus its own digitizing. See the combo page.

Do you make woven patches or woven labels?
No. We laser-engrave leather patches and embroider. No woven patches.
Can you set up an online store for our team?
No. We do not run team or company online stores. We decorate and ship one order to you.
What if there is a mistake?
Free redo on our own errors. That is why we proof every order before production.
When should I order for the holidays?
Approve a proof by about Nov 17 for Christmas-week delivery at standard turnaround with ground shipping. See the holiday timeline.
