Custom beanie pricing
All-in means blank plus decoration, per beanie. The table is for the Sportsman SP12 12-inch cuffed beanie (blank $5.60) with a cuff logo under 6,000 stitches or a laser-engraved leather patch. Other styles use the same decoration prices with a different blank cost. Same logo, same order: every style counts toward the same price break. Battle Born Clothing prices break every 24 pieces.

- One decoration: cuff embroidery up to 6,000 stitches, or one laser-engraved leather patch glued to the cuff.
- A digital proof before production, and one round of proof changes.
- Mixed beanie colors within one order at no extra charge, as long as the logo stays the same.
- Free redo on our own errors.

Customer-supplied beanies
Bring your own beanies and pay the decoration price from the table plus $2.00 per item handling. Example: 36 customer-supplied cuffed beanies with an embroidered cuff logo is 36 × ($7.00 + $2.00) = $324.00, plus $18.99 digitizing, $342.99 total. Industry-standard spoilage allowance is about 4 percent; we aim for zero. Battle Born Clothing decorates customer-supplied Carhartt, Nike and Melin beanies.
Other beanie styles
Every style on the products page uses the same decoration prices. Styles with a listed blank price show a full all-in table. Styles we mark "quoted per job" (fleece-lined, pom, chunky, Carhartt, Nike) move with supplier cost and brand pricing rules, so we price them on the quote rather than publish a number that may be wrong next month.
