Pom, lined, chunky and cuffless beanies
Decoration prices do not change with the style; only the blank does. Here is what each option changes and which blanks carry it.
Pom-pom
A pom makes the beanie read as a gift or retail item. Sportsman SP15 (solid pom), SP60 (striped pom) and Decky 686 are the blanks. Poms are factory-attached; we do not add or remove them. The cuff decorates the same as a plain SP12.
Fleece and sherpa lining
Sportsman SP12FL (fleece) and SP12SL (sherpa) add a lining band inside the cuff. The lining hides the back of the stitching, so embroidered lined beanies feel smooth against the forehead. Port & Company CP91L is the budget fleece-lined option.
Chunky knit
Sportsman SP90 and the Zapped waffle beanie have a heavier, textured knit. Leather patches look best here; embroidery works for bold shapes but thin lines get simplified. We sample-press patches on textured knits before a run.
Cuffless
YP Classics 1500KC and Decky 608 and 600 watch caps have no fold-over cuff. The logo goes on the front above the brow and is kept to about 3 inches wide because the knit stretches more there.
