How much do custom beanies cost?
A custom beanie from Battle Born Clothing costs $10.60 to $13.60 per piece all-in on a Sportsman SP12, depending on quantity and whether you choose cuff embroidery or a leather patch. Here is the whole picture with nothing hidden behind a form.
The short answer
Take the blank price and add the decoration price for your quantity tier. On the Sportsman SP12, the blank is $5.60. Cuff embroidery is $8.00 per beanie at 12-23 pieces and $5.00 at 144+. A laser-engraved leather patch is $8.00 at 12-23 and $5.00 at 144+. So the all-in range is $13.60 at a dozen down to $10.60 at 144 or more. Embroidery adds $18.99 one-time digitizing; patches have no setup fee.

| 24-47 | $5.60 | $7.00 | $12.60 | $7.50 | $13.10 |
| 48-71 | $5.60 | $6.50 | $12.10 | $7.00 | $12.60 |
| 72-95 | $5.60 | $6.50 | $12.10 | $6.50 | $12.10 |
| 96-119 | $5.60 | $6.00 | $11.60 | $6.00 | $11.60 |
| 120-143 | $5.60 | $6.00 | $11.60 | $5.50 | $11.10 |
| 144+ | $5.60 | $5.00 | $10.60 | $5.00 | $10.60 |
Every 24 pieces the decoration price steps down. The jump from 23 to 24 saves $1.00 per beanie on embroidery, which is why we suggest rounding a 20-piece order up to 24. The jump from 143 to 144 saves another $1.00 on embroidery and $0.50 on patches.
