Add the blank. On a Sportsman SP12 ($5.60) that is $12.10 all-in at 48 and $10.60 at 144. Digitizing is $18.99 once per design and is not charged again on reorders.
What fits on a cuff
A standard cuff gives a usable field of about 3.5 inches wide by 1.75 inches tall. Wordmarks, icon-plus-name lockups and two short lines of text fit. Lettering should be at least 0.25 inch tall to stay readable in thread. Thin outlines under about 1 mm and gradients get simplified at digitizing; we show you the simplified version on the proof before stitching.
Knit and stretch
Knit stretches, so we hoop with a stabilizer and digitize with a slightly denser underlay than on a cap. Finished logos sit flat and do not pucker when the cuff is folded. On cuffless beanies (YP 1500KC, Decky 608) we embroider the front panel above the brow and keep the design to about 3 inches wide.
Thread colors
Up to 15 thread colors in one design on the YunFu, no extra charge per color. Rapos thread; we match to Pantone references as close as the thread library allows and show the match on the proof.
Second location
A small text mark on the back of the cuff or the side is a second design, quoted per design plus its own digitizing. Most buyers skip it; those who add it use a web address or a short slogan.
Questions
Is there a minimum for embroidered beanies?
No. Twelve beanies cost $8.00 each for the embroidery; 24 drops to $7.00. One is possible but priced the same as the 12-23 tier.
What artwork do you need?
A vector file (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) is best. A 300 dpi PNG works for most logos. We digitize it for $18.99 once.
Can you match our thread colors to our brand colors?
We match to the closest Rapos thread and show it on the proof. Exact Pantone matches in thread are approximate by nature.
